We rely on our potential franchisees to bring us locations of interest. The steps below will provide some guidance as to the information we will need as well as the process we will go through to review the location.
Step 1
- Specific location address and crossroads
- Contact information for the landlord or leasing agent
Step 2
The Development Office will review the location and determine its feasibility to become a SUBWAY® location.
Step 3
Once the location is approved, our office will begin the lease negotiations. The lease will be negotiated and signed by SUBWAY® Real Estate, LLC.
