  1. Complete our online application.
  2. Once we receive your application we will send you the SUBWAY® Franchise Disclosure Document. The SUBWAY® Disclosure Document details many aspects of SUBWAY® operations and the terms of our agreement.
  3. We will schedule a Wonderlic assessment at a mutually convenient time. The Wonderlic assessment reviews basic verbal and math skills required by all franchise applicants.
  4. Upon passing the Wonderlic, we will schedule a meeting with you and our Development Agent and Director of Restaurant Operations. During the meeting we will provide you with further information about SUBWAY’s® operations and give you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.
  5. Submit a basic Business Plan and Financial Statement.
  6. Once approved to purchase, we will work with you to complete the purchase of the franchise number and assist you in finding a location.
  7. Once your site has been approved, we will negotiate your lease and assist your contractor and architect with construction related projects.
  8. You attend and graduate from a two week training course at SUBWAY® Franchise World Headquarters in Milford, Connecticut.
  9. Your SUBWAY® Business Consultant will help you prepare for your store opening and employee training.
  10. Open your first SUBWAY® location!!
